Urban Wellbeing

Alongside Sabrina’s professional work, she is developing Urban Wellbeing, an initiative focused on creating inclusive spaces for wellbeing and recovery for women living in busy urban environments.

Urban Wellbeing supports women whose balance between daily responsibilities and personal wellbeing has become strained. Through restorative and inclusive experiences, the initiative offers moments of pause that help reduce stress, restore balance, and strengthen resilience.

The sessions are designed to be welcoming to women from all cultural backgrounds, including those who may feel discouraged from participating in wellbeing activities when mixed-gender environments are present. By creating safe and respectful women-centered spaces, Urban Wellbeing encourages broader participation and ensures that more women feel comfortable prioritizing their wellbeing.

Urban Wellbeing complements Sabrina’s professional background in transformation by focusing on personal resilience and preventative wellbeing at a community level. The initiative brings together structured organization, professional project management experience, and a strong motivation to contribute to healthier and more resilient communities.
